Herb Garden Update 1

I just wanted to do a quick update on my herb garden starter kit. I haven’t blogged in a while because production got really heavy to meet the demand for Valentine’s Day. Now, we have a little time so I thought I’d share the progress of the sprouts in the herb garden.

Twelve pod herb garden starter kit is shown. Four of the seeds have sprouted. The Basil, Chives, Cilantro, and Cumin have all sprouted visibly above the soil. Each pod of the herb garden starter is filled with a hydrated jiffy pellet and identifier. — Clockwise from top, the basil, cumin, chives and cilantro have all sprouted.

I noticed the basil sprout around the first of February. This was about one week after I planted the seeds. I’m very excited to watch them grow and see what else sprouts, as I am not very experienced at growing plants from seed. I’ll continue to share updates as the growth continues.
