Hi ya! I apologize for the lack of blog entries since Valentine’s Day. We had a better holiday than we expected, as a company. This was exciting, but at the same time, it meant a lot more work than we had expected too!
I got a bit burnt out and took a little time away from work to recuperate. Now, I’m back and working on developing a new BBQ Sauce kit.
Pulled Pork Recipe
8lb Pork Shoulder
Season to taste
Add enough water to cover the meat.
Slow Cook in a Crock Pot for around 7 hours, until meat falls apart
We used this pork to test out our Thick Sweet BBQ sauce recipe and our recipe for a mop sauce.
We also made BBQ chicken and a rack of ribs.
I will blog more about the BBQ kit, once we release it, hopefully in the next couple of weeks
